Daniel is a Welsh painter living and working in Cardiff. His work, often exploring a relationship between art history and common everyday imagery, takes a photorealist approach in the form of large-scale oil paintings as well as paintings directly applied onto found objects (such as cardboard boxes and takeaway cartons).
Daniels paintings explore themes relating to consumerism and cultural identity and invite the viewer to create individual narratives and interpretations for each work.
Daniel has exhibited at several group exhibitions in and around Cardiff.
